What it covers

The publication treats AI infrastructure as a system: silicon, memory, packaging, power, cooling, network, financing, and policy. The goal is not to chase every AI headline. It is to understand which constraints determine real deployed capacity.

Access model

Free readers get the daily source board, public primers, and RSS. Paid readers get deep dives, source trails, model notes, and the full archive. Substack can remain the distribution surface, but the canonical site owns the post archive and paid access.

Likely static stack

This mockup is plain HTML, but the shape maps well to a tiny generator:

  • posts/*.md for essays and primers.
  • links/YYYY-MM-DD.yml for the daily aggregate board.
  • 11ty, or a custom Node Markdown-to-HTML generator.
  • Cloudflare Pages for static hosting.
  • Auth and Stripe later only if the paid archive needs to live on-site from day one.
